SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When do you deliver to my area?

  • Our delivery dates are listed here. The couriers set their own routes so we cannot give an exact time.

How much is delivery?

  • Each delivery zone has a set charge shown at checkout

How long will my order take to get to me?

  • All orders are sent on the first available shipment date unless you specify otherwise in the notes at checkout.

When can I pick up my order?

  • We will call you to arrange a time once our staff have packed your order

PLACING AN ORDER

Can I still place pre-orders?

  • Of course. Weddings and events are a huge part of the industry and we want to accommodate all of our florists. Send your pre-order through to orders@premiumgreens.com.au by 2pm the Wednesday before the week of delivery. If you haven’t had reply within 24 hours, give us a call.

Can I order on the same day?

  • Yes, if you meet the cutoff times set out on the Delivery Schedule page and if your delivery zone allows it.

Can I put in standing orders?

  • Yes. Once you have placed your first order, you can replicate the same order from the My Account page. Once you have selected to replicate the order, the site will notify you if any products in your order are unavailable that week.

What are the order cut off times?

When is the best time to order?

  • Every Monday by 2pm we will upload products available for the week. When we get products on other days, they will be uploaded straight away.

What if I don’t need my flowers and foliage straight away?

  • If you don’t want your order shipped immediately please let us know your preferred date in the notes box at checkout

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Can I add to the order?

  • Unfortunately, no. Once you have placed your order it is final. If you need extra product you will need to make a new order.

Can I change the order?

  • No – once you have placed your order it is final.

Can I cancel the order?

  • Yes, if you contact us no later than 24 hours before your dispatch date.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Can I pay by account?

  • Yes – if we have pre-approved you.

Can you store my credit card for you to order on my behalf?

  • We cannot store your credit card, however we can place a pre-order on your behalf (please see guidelines for pre-ordering). once we have placed your pre-order, we will contact you for payment.

Is there a minimum order?

  • Yes – your flowers and foliage should total at least $50 excluding freight and GST. This is a site for trade not public.

PROBLEMS REGISTERING OR CHECKING OUT

I put stuff in my cart and now it’s sold out

  • Putting items in your cart does not reserve them for you – they are only yours once you complete checkout

How long is my cart available for?

  • Items will stay in your cart for an hour before going back onto the site

Can I access past orders and invoices?

  • On the My Account page click Orders on the dashboard on the right to previous orders

My credit card won’t work

  • Check you have all the numbers correct first! (And that it is valid, and has a positive balance.) Then call us and we’ll try and help.

I can’t register online

  • Call us on 07 5451 3511. We only accept floristry businesses with current ABN

I placed an order – how do I know it’s gone through?
